MyFineFix helps you draft written disputes to private parking companies/operators. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. You remain responsible for deadlines and any legal decisions.

2. What information we collect

When you use our service, you may provide: your email, the parking company name, the location (city and country), your explanation of what happened, and supporting evidence such as receipts, screenshots or photographs.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to help generate a clear, factual dispute letter. If you purchase the £9.99 review service, a human parking dispute specialist reviews your draft and evidence to suggest improved wording.

4. How we store it

Information may be reviewed manually. Do not send anything you are not comfortable sharing. We aim to keep your data confidential and will not sell or share it for marketing.

5. Payments

Payments for the “£9.99 Human Review” service are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details.

6. Your responsibilities

You must tell the truth. We will not knowingly draft disputes that contain false statements.

7. Contact / data removal

If you need your data removed, mention it when you send your information for review. We will aim to delete it once the review is complete.
